note*: On Premise Competition will be held for two days (4-5 July) but each participant only needs to be there for one of the days. Priority to participate in the option on-premises on the 5th July is given to participants who are going to participate in the masterclasses.

ON PREMISE participants will receive their diplomas and prizes at the Gala concerts* of the winners that take place on :
July 4th at 18:30 for those who’ll take part at the competition on the same day.

*Please note that the Gala Concerts on July 4th and 5th, 2025 are reserved for selected COMPETITION winners. Gala Concert for Masterclass participants is on July 12th, 2025.

- From the edition 2023: no music by Russian composers can be performed during the masterclasses and competition.
- Please note that the program duration indicated begins from the moment you’re on stage until the moment you leave the stage. Thus, it is the duration of the maximum total timing you could have on stage, not based on the total duration of the pieces.

PROCESSUS D'INSCRIPTION
1. Inscription au concours
- Complete registration with the online form
- Joindre une photo artistique du participant et une copie de son passeport pour l'obtention d'un visa.
- Joindre les partitions pour l'accompagnateur (si un accompagnateur est nécessaire)
- Payer le reste des frais* pour la participation à la compétition :
- SOLO INSTRUMENT or SINGING professionals or amateurs : Participation fees all categories 25 euro*
- CHAMBER MUSIC or PIANO ENSEMBLES (duo or 4 hands) professionals or amateurs (Price by Group) : Participation fees all categories 50 euro*
*Participation fees are NOT refundable.
No extra documents, no changes of the program after submit to the participation are accepted.
In case of the list of the documents is not completed administration are right don’t accept the participation.
AUX ENREGISTREMENTS VIDÉO :
- Un lien vidéo vers toutes les pièces
- Chaque pièce doit être enregistrée en une seule prise et sans montage audio ou vidéo.
- Les coupes entre les mouvements d'une même pièce ne sont pas autorisées.
- La caméra doit être fixe et placée en face du musicien, avec une bonne visibilité des mains et du corps.
- Seuls les enregistrements vidéo sur des pianos à queue ou des pianos droits sont autorisés.
- L'enregistrement vidéo ne doit pas dater de plus de deux ans.
- L'enregistrement vidéo doit avoir une qualité vidéo et audio raisonnable (au moins 720p), sans bruit de fond.
- Les participants qui ne respectent pas les règles seront disqualifiés.
Conditions pour les accompagnateurs :
In case you are unable to provide your own piano accompanist for yourself, it is possible to obtain service from our accompanists. Each participant who needs accompanist will receive information about that after June 15th (at the moment of finale registration). Participant is welcome to make the arrangements with accompanist in advance in order to avoid complications.
Costs for the service have to be paid directly to the accompanist in cash before the first rehearsal. Official document can be provided if needed. Coata for the participant : 50 Euro category debutants, 70 Euro category A, 100 Euro categories B, C, D, E, F, G, Adults The tax includes:
- home practising of your repertoire before the competition
- 1 répétition de 30 min pour les débutants, A
- 1 rehearsal 45 min for cat B, C, D,E, F, G, Adults
- les performances et le concert des gagnants (si le participant doit se produire).
Vidéos et enregistrements
Il est interdit au public de photographier ou de filmer pendant les représentations. L'organisateur de la Masterclass et du Concours a le droit de prendre et de reproduire des photographies, des enregistrements vidéo et sonores, ainsi que des diffusions sur les chaînes de radio et de télévision. L'International Festival Music Academy FORTE se réserve le droit, sans paiement de droits, d'effectuer et de distribuer des enregistrements à des fins médiatiques et autres, y compris sur Internet, et de téléviser, diffuser, enregistrer, filmer, photographier ou diffuser en direct toutes les étapes de la masterclass et du concours, toutes les cérémonies de remise des prix et tous les concerts.
