Isabelle Bialek is a professor of flute and piccolo class at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.

She studied and obtained a first prize in flute at the Koningklijk Muziekconservatorium van Brussel in 1986. At the Royal Conservatory of Mons, she obtained a higher diploma and a First Prize in chamber music. She is a pupil of Baudoin Giaux in Brussels, of Ida Ribera in Paris, of Raymond Guyot and Christel Delaval in Lille.

Present for many years in the various symphonic orchestras in Belgium, she is also regularly performs in chamber music.

Passionate about pedagogy and passing her experience, she teaches at the Koningkliijk Muziekconservatorium van Brussel, at the Royal Conservatory of Mons, at the Royal Conservatory of Liège, at the Higher Conservatory of Maestricht in the Netherlands.

Currently, in addition to the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, she teaches at the Grumiaux Conservatory in Charleroi, her hometown, and at the Academy of Montigny-le-Tilleul.
