Visa related information for participants
Our festival can provide support for participants (masterclass, competition) in obtaining short-term tourist visa to Belgium (except for citizens of Russian Federation and Belarus).
You can find the list of documents and other information connected to applying for a short-term cultural visa to Belgium in the Consulate or in a Visa Application Centre of the Kingdom of Belgium of your region.
Visa and Refund Policy Notice
Our festival provides official documentation to support visa applications, which is consistently accepted by embassies. However, please be advised that if a visa is not granted due to late application, incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by the participant, or other individual-related reasons, refunds cannot be issued.
For competition, applicants who registered for on-premise participation but are unable to obtain a visa may switch to the online version of the competition.
In the event of Force Majeure circumstances—such as legal bans on entry, border closures, or other extraordinary situations beyond the participant’s or organizer’s control—a refund will be possible.
We kindly ask all participants to apply for their visas in a timely and careful manner to avoid any inconvenience.
