Principal bassoon of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of Liège. Bassoon teacher at the Royal Conservatory of Liège and professor at the Amay Academy.
She began playing the bassoon at the age of 9. In 2008, she graduated from the Conservatoire Supérieur de Lyon in the class of Carlo Colombo and Jean Pignoly obtaining a first prize in bassoon, with unanimous honours. That same year, she joined the OPRL as principal bassoon. In 2017, she received her Master Didactique from the Conservatoire Royal de Liege.
She works with some of the world’s leading symphony orchestras, including the Opéra de Lyon, the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie and the Orchestre de Lorraine, and is a regular guest at the Clos Vougeot music and wine festival.
She is also a member of the Abocalips trio and the Edonis duo, with which she won second prize at the Iberian Harp Chamber Music Competition in Madrid. Since 2010, she has been working with Garret List in the Vivo orchestra.
She also performs and records for various projects (Balimurphy, Johan Dupont, Cloé du Trèfle, Mozart Vibration, etc.). In 2018 she founded the Bacchus Quartet, an atypical quartet made up of an oboe (Sébastien Guedj), two bassoons (with Audrey Luzignant) and a baritone saxophone (Sebastien Creppe). The group has performed extensively in Belgium.
